Tasks and Responsibilities As Senior Project Manager, you have overall responsibility for project execution and ensure that deliverables are completed with the right quality, within agreed time and budget. You lead projects through their entire lifecycle – from planning and implementation to installation, commissioning, and handover. In this role, you will, among other things: Lead and drive technical projects from start to finish. Manage project finances, schedules, and resource planning. Build and develop long-term relationships with customers and partners. Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams. Identify and manage technical, commercial, and financial risks. Ensure projects are executed in accordance with customer requirements, contracts, and established objectives. Drive improvements and create solutions when challenges arise. Monitor project status and communicate results to relevant stakeholders. Participate in installation, commissioning, and handover to the customer. Your Profile We are looking for a confident and business-minded project manager with experience driving technical projects in complex environments. You are accustomed to taking overall responsibility, creating structure, and engaging people toward common goals. You have natural leadership skills and thrive in a role where you can combine technology, business, and collaboration. With a solution-oriented approach, you build trust with both customers and colleagues and have the ability to make decisions even when circumstances change. We would like to see that you have Several years of experience in project management within industry, technology, automation, or manufacturing operations. Post-secondary education in technology, engineering, or equivalent experience. Experience leading cross-functional project teams. Good technical understanding and an interest in technical solutions. Experience with project budgets, resource planning, and financial follow-up. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Valid driver's license (category B). Meritorious Experience in automation, robotics, or mechanical engineering. Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PMP, IPMA, or Prince2. Experience in risk management and contract management. Ability to read technical drawings and documentation. Experience with CAD or 3D modeling.
