JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We face many exciting challenges, and during the spring we have established structures for governance and management of major assignments by introducing program management as a complement to ordinary development management. We are now seeking an additional senior program manager. The assignment involves both development of existing operations and establishment of new business areas. As a senior program manager, you have an important role where you, together with the organization, create the right conditions and structures for our development work, both with and without IT components. As a senior program manager, you will: • Lead and coordinate our programs with a holistic perspective to achieve common goals of strategic importance to the Swedish Companies Registration Office. • Plan and follow up both the program as a whole and various initiatives. • Lead and support change processes through collaboration with different stakeholders. • Take responsibility for financing issues related to the program. • Assist in work with various investigative and decision-making materials including estimates, delivery plans, and budgets. • Establish and manage cross-functional collaborations such as IT development management, architecture, legal, business development, and finance. • Identify, follow up, and actively work to minimize risks. • Ensure that the work is carried out according to the Swedish Companies Registration Office's established methods for business and IT development. You will be part of the Development Office within the Digital Development and Collaboration department. The Development Office is responsible for preparing, planning, and following up the long-term development plan and development portfolio. The unit is also responsible for planning and monitoring the Swedish Companies Registration Office's system modernization from a holistic and portfolio perspective, as well as driving and leading the Swedish Companies Registration Office's business architecture as part of the organization's architecture governance. Work location is Sundsvall or by agreement. We offer remote work, but you are expected to be regularly present at the office in Sundsvall. The work includes both internal authority and inter-agency activities, which may involve some business travel. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with relevant academic education or experience that the employer considers equivalent. You also have certification in project/program management or equivalent experience. To succeed and thrive in the role, we also see that you have: • Documented experience in senior assignment management, program management, or project management within IT/business and leading complex programs with many initiatives. • Experience in a leadership role with a strong focus on communication and collaboration to create clarity and structure, drive implementation forward, and manage internal and external dependencies and expectations. • Several years of experience in business development at strategic and tactical levels as well as change management. • Excellent ability to communicate clearly, pedagogically, and in a target-group-adapted manner, both in Swedish and English. It is meritorious if you also have: • Training in agile methods. • Training in methods for business development, process development, or digitalization. • Experience working within the public sector or other complex organization. • Experience in change management and methodology development within development management or portfolio management. • Experience working in organizations with lean-agile development processes. • Very good knowledge of the Office package, Confluence, and Jira. As a person, you have the ability to lead, motivate, and coach others with clarity and engagement. With a strategic holistic perspective, you make well-founded decisions in line with organizational needs. You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner, plan and organize your work efficiently, and ensure that tasks are completed as planned. At the same time, you are collaboration-oriented, unpretentious, and contribute to good dialogue, joint solutions, and a strong focus on the organization's common goals.
