JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We face many exciting challenges, and this spring we have established structures for governance and management of larger initiatives by introducing program management as a complement to our regular development management. We are now seeking an additional senior program manager. The assignment involves both development of existing operations and establishment of new business areas. As a senior program manager, you play an important role where you work together with the business to create the right conditions and structures for our development work, both with and without IT components. As a senior program manager, you will: • Lead and coordinate our programs with a comprehensive perspective to achieve common goals of strategic importance for Bolagsverket. • Plan and follow up both the program as a whole and various initiatives. • Lead and support change processes through collaboration with various stakeholders. • Take responsibility for financing matters related to the program. • Assist in developing various investigation and decision-making materials, including estimates, delivery plans, and budgets. • Establish and lead cross-functional collaborations such as development management within IT, architecture, legal affairs, business development, and finance. • Identify, follow up on, and actively work to minimize risks. • Ensure that work in the assignment is conducted in accordance with Bolagsverket's established methods for business and IT development. You will be part of the development office within the Department of Digital Development and Collaboration. The development office is responsible for preparing, planning, and following up on the long-term development plan and development portfolio. The unit is also responsible for planning and monitoring Bolagsverket's system modernization from a comprehensive and portfolio perspective, as well as for driving and leading Bolagsverket's business architecture as part of Bolagsverket's architecture governance. Work location is Sundsvall or by agreement. We offer remote work, but you are expected to be regularly present at the office in Sundsvall. The work includes both internal agency and cross-agency activities, which may involve some travel on official business. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with relevant academic education or experience that the employer considers equivalent. You also have certification in project/program management or equivalent experience. To succeed and thrive in the role, we also see that you have: • Documented experience in senior assignment management, program management, or project management within IT/business and leading complex programs with multiple initiatives. • Experience in a leadership role with strong focus on communication and collaboration to create clarity and structure, build forward momentum, and manage internal and external dependencies and expectations. • Several years of experience in business development at strategic and tactical levels and in change management. • Very good ability to communicate clearly, pedagogically, and in a way tailored to your audience, in both Swedish and English. It is advantageous if you also have: • Training in agile methods. • Training in business development, process development, or digitalization methods. • Experience working in the public sector or other complex organizations. • Experience in change management and method development within development management or portfolio management. • Experience working in organizations with lean-agile development processes. • Very good knowledge of the Office package, Confluence, and Jira. As a person, you have an ability to lead, motivate, and coach others with clarity and commitment. With a strategic holistic perspective, you make well-reasoned decisions in line with the business's needs. You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner, plan and organize your work efficiently, and ensure that tasks are completed according to plan.
