You work closely with production, logistics, procurement, engineering, and project operations to create conditions for stable and well-functioning production. The role involves continuously analyzing production flows, material availability, and capacity to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. You have a holistic perspective and work proactively to ensure that production follows established schedules and quality requirements. Beyond day-to-day planning work, you will have a central role in business development within production. You drive and participate in improvement initiatives, develop work methods, and contribute to creating efficient processes that strengthen the operation's long-term performance ⚙️ Your Main Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and follow up on the production of technically advanced products and systems Ensure material and resource requirements for upcoming production Take responsibility for products through the entire production chain until finished delivery Analyze production flows, capacity, and delivery conditions Identify and manage deviations, risks, and bottlenecks Drive and implement business development projects within production Develop and improve methodology, processes, and work methods within production planning Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and sustainable solutions Your Profile We are looking for someone who combines an analytical and structured work approach with strong collaboration skills.
