About the Customer The customer is an exciting company in the Automotive industry. Would you like to take a leading specialist role in Product Structure and work with complex products, projects, and future solutions? We are now looking for an experienced Product Structure Engineer who wants to contribute their expertise while also developing both work methods and colleagues. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for driving and developing product structure activities within complex product areas. You will, among other things: • Oversee product structure, release approvals, and product documentation. • Lead product structure activities within complex products and project portfolios. • Review and approve Design Change Notices (DCN). • Manage coordination, planning, follow-up, and budgeting within your areas. • Contribute to development, innovation, and long-term solutions within Product Structure. • Lead complex tasks and projects, and coach and develop colleagues. • Collaborate and influence across organizational boundaries and business units. Your Profile • Have at least 8 years of relevant experience. • Have deep knowledge of product structure and complex product environments. • Have experience driving complex projects and tasks. • Are a strong communicator and relationship builder. • Enjoy sharing knowledge and acting as a mentor or coach. • Have a strategic holistic perspective and are driven by development and innovation.
