Kumpan
We believe work should be enjoyable. We've built a workplace based on shared values, where community and expertise are at the center. Our Kumpans are our most important asset, and many of our decisions are shaped by them. Everyone here has a voice and influence in our direction.
Work isn't everything in life
Of course, work is fun—especially when you get to solve exciting technical problems alongside other talented developers. But sometimes life gets in the way.
We're a flexible workplace and trust our Kumpans to make smart decisions that work for both the individual and the company. You get six weeks of vacation, flexibility in your daily routine, and the opportunity to break the routine with conferences and team activities.
It should pay to work
Great people deserve great pay.
Beyond competitive salary, we offer a generous pension plan. When we do well, everyone benefits. We also maximize wellness benefits and offer excellent health insurance.
Kumpans are consultants with community
Our gathering place is our office at Mosebacke. We meet here a few days a week, put our heads together, and solve our customers' problems as a team.
Lunches, spontaneous tech discussions, and the occasional coffee—or beer—in the afternoon are part of everyday life. Game nights and D&D evenings pop up now and then too. In short: we like to hang out, not just work.
