We at Eccera are now looking for an experienced Network Business Analyst with expertise in BCM, governance, IAM, and cloud security. In a technically complex environment, you will help develop the organization's capabilities in continuity, identity management, and secure governance of digital services. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will be an important bridge between business and technology and will, among other things: Develop and maintain BCM frameworks, processes, and governance documents, and conduct Business Impact Analysis and risk assessments. Ensure that continuity, security, and compliance requirements are integrated into IT and security processes. Develop and improve IAM and Identity Governance processes, including roles, permissions, and access reviews. Contribute to Zero Trust, cloud security, and Zscaler-related initiatives. Collaborate with business owners, IT, security, architecture, and operations on risk, access, and continuity. Lead workshops, drive change initiatives, and report on risks, status, and improvement suggestions. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in BCM, governance, IAM, or operational resilience who thrives working in complex organizations. We would like to see that you have: Experience establishing and developing processes and governance models. Solid understanding of IAM, information security, risk management, and compliance. Experience collaborating across business, IT, security, and architecture. Ability to lead workshops and translate strategic requirements into practical solutions. Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. Meritorious qualifications include experience with Zscaler, Zero Trust, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, SAML/OIDC/SCIM, IGA solutions such as Omada or SailPoint, and Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 27001, NIS2, or DORA is also advantageous. As a person, you are strategic, pragmatic, and driven. You are organized and quality-conscious, have a talent for building consensus between business and technology, and enjoy building relationships and driving improvement initiatives.
