Your Assignment As a network technician, you will be part of the technology division and will join one of our network-focused DevOps teams. In this role, you will maintain and develop all of our network infrastructure with high security requirements. You will also have the opportunity to specialize in one of the technical areas: Datacenter, Campus, or WAN. With us, you will have the opportunity to deliver ready-made solutions to stakeholders. Your main responsibilities consist primarily of maintaining and developing the agency's technology portfolio for network services as well as 2nd-3rd line support. The work takes place in self-managed teams where you collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders. All teams work hands-on with technology, meaning you will work with the technology daily. You will also have the opportunity for continuous professional development through network certifications, training courses, and attendance at trade shows. Physical work through installation of equipment in data centers and cross-connect rooms with associated cabling will occur in this position. Domestic travel may occur. Your Qualifications We are looking for you who have: · Recently worked daily for at least five years with operation, management, and design of larger networks with related services such as central time, load balancing, zone models. You are expected to have solid knowledge in this field and demonstrate it through a work sample. · Valid network certification such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+ or equivalent · Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written We consider it a merit if you have: · Vocational or higher education with a focus on networks or equivalent competence acquired through work experience and certifications. · Valid higher certification such as CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) or equivalent · Knowledge of automation with tools such as Python and Ansible · Category B driver's license You Are We are looking for you with the following qualities: · Stable – You are calm, stable, and controlled in stressful or pressured situations.
