We are currently looking for a senior software developer to join a Growth team in Lund. In this role, you will combine advanced, systems-level software development with mentorship and help the team grow both technically and professionally. Xamera Growth is our concept where you as a senior consultant become part of a team together with junior colleagues. In the role you will work with systems-level software development and embedded systems, serve as a mentor and share your technical expertise. You work closely with hardware and integration, participate in software design, requirements management and verification, and ensure quality and documentation according to established processes. We are looking for you who: • Have excellent knowledge of C/C++ • Have at least 10 years of software development experience • Have experience developing for embedded systems • Have experience with systems programming and working with systems-level software • Have experience with technical leadership or mentorship • Master Swedish in speech and writing It is a merit if you also have experience with: • Linux and development in Linux environments • Networking • Cybersecurity • Automotive or an interest in vehicles and technology To thrive in the role, we see that you are someone who likes to take initiative and drive work forward.
