About the Role
Contribute to the architecture, governance, and development of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Strengthen capabilities in digital collaboration, security, and platform services.
Work closely with service owners, architects, engineers, and security functions.
Influence responsibility distribution and ways of working in a developing team.
What You'll Do
Develop governance models for SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Groups.
Mitigate risks related to sprawl, unclear ownership, and unstructured content.
Work with information protection, classification, lifecycle management, and access controls.
Contribute guidelines and governance for Microsoft 365 Copilot and other enterprise AI.
Provide architectural support and consulting on platform capabilities and limitations.
We're Looking for Someone With
Solid experience in Microsoft 365 architecture and design.
Experience with governance for collaboration platforms in complex organizations.
Knowledge of information management, compliance, or information security.
Experience with policies for data classification, permissions, and lifecycle management.
Experience supporting or managing organizational-level AI feature adoption.
