Drive complex mechanical product development from technical solution to quality-assured delivery in a specialist role with significant responsibility. In this senior specialist role, you'll combine deep technical expertise with responsibility for quality, integration, and delivery. Responsible for technical solutions with focus on function, geometry, cost, quality, and regulatory compliance. Work closely with projects, development teams, and other technical stakeholders. Contribute to technical decisions, product plans, and future development. What you'll do Lead and support design work within a defined mechanical area. Shape technical solutions based on requirements, objectives, and given constraints. Coordinate deliverables from multiple parties and ensure quality before release. Provide technical input to project requirements based on component and product history. Contribute to innovation, knowledge sharing, and technical development. We're looking for someone who has At least eight years of relevant experience in mechanical design or product development. Documented ability to lead complex technical tasks and projects. Deep specialist knowledge within a mechanical engineering discipline and broad technical understanding. Ability to translate business objectives and requirements into sustainable design solutions. Experience coaching, guiding, and developing others on technical matters.
