The Opportunity
AI & Data is one of EY's most strategic growth areas. We are now seeking a Senior Manager who wants to lead and develop our AI & Data business in Malmö. You will combine business development, leadership, and client work while becoming an important part of the AI & Data Sweden leadership team.

Responsibilities
Lead and develop the AI & Data team in Malmö, with responsibility for both delivery and skills development
Build and develop long-term customer relationships within consumer, energy, and public sectors
Drive business development, sales, and market growth for EY's AI & Data offerings in the region
Lead complex AI & Data transformations from strategy to implementation and realization of business value
Be an active part of AI & Data Sweden's management group and contribute to the strategic development of the business nationally
Contribute to EY's national and global AI initiatives through collaboration, experience sharing, and development of best practices
Skills and Qualities for Success
We are looking for someone who has:
Solid experience (8–15 years) in AI, data, and analytics, with documented experience leading deliveries, driving transformation, and developing businesses
Documented experience in business development, sales, and client responsibility in leading consulting roles
Experience building and developing teams as well as coaching and inspiring employees
Experience from the consulting industry or similar
Good communication skills in English (Swedish is a merit but not a requirement)
Preferably industry experience from consumer, energy, or public sectors
