Advisory is Coromatic's Nordic consulting operation that delivers services in Strategy, Performance Improvement, and Risk Management. We help our customers make well-founded decisions to maintain a strong, efficient, and secure operation even under challenging circumstances. About the Role Coromatic Advisory is in an expansion phase where we are seeking experienced professionals to strengthen our team. Our consultants work primarily with strategic consulting. We improve our customers' operations through, among other things, developing requirement specifications, concepts, and business cases for investments, reviewing assets and facilities from a lifecycle perspective, risk and vulnerability analyses, and continuity planning. In your role, you will work with consulting, sales, and customer delivery. You maintain close contact with our Sales, Engineering & Design, Project, Operations, and Service departments, and ensure that the customer is confident in Coromatic as a supplier. You are expected to act as an advisor focused on the customer's needs and benefits, promote yourself and Advisory's services, and contribute to developing and marketing Advisory's offerings. You will work in multifunctional teams on parallel projects. Your Main Responsibilities • Relevant post-secondary education in a technical field or equivalent work experience • At least five years of experience as a consultant working with consulting/advisory • Good proficiency with the Office suite • Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Experience from the data center industry, IT industry, real estate industry, or other technical sector is a merit We are looking for someone with a well-developed analytical ability. You are accustomed to collaborating with others and working in teams. You are thorough and efficient in executing your tasks and clear and precise in your communication. You can plan your time and understand the importance of working for the customer's benefit. We place great emphasis on interpersonal skills since the work is primarily performed at the customer's location and with colleagues. You understand what customers value in terms of quality and service, and you are confident presenting to a group.
