On behalf of our client, we are seeking a senior solutions architect.
The client is facing major technical changes in the integration area. New platforms and concepts are being established, with a significant portion consisting of new capabilities based on modern IT infrastructure. For this work, we are looking for architectural expertise with solid knowledge of and experience from Region Skåne or another region and its integration landscape.
The new components are built on a Kubernetes-based operational environment and also include a substantial amount of custom development to consolidate the standard products that will replace the region's current integration environment.
In this role, you are expected to work across the entire integration spectrum, from understanding and translating business requirements to architecture, design, and implementation, including the ability to drive change in the underlying infrastructure where the solution is realized.
The assignment spans a broad technical area where the profile is expected to gather requirements and establish design in collaboration with surrounding stakeholders and follow applicable processes to ensure organizational approval.
The profile should be able to identify and drive problem-solving at both strategic and operational levels. In day-to-day work, there is support from a product owner, but the responsibility to drive solutions through to documented implementation rests with the consultant. This may also include activity planning in collaboration with third parties.
As an example, the following activity may occur:
"Establish platform monitoring of component X and Y sufficient for initial handover to the production operations partner."
Mandatory Qualifications
Senior profile with the ability to independently identify needs and propose solutions for implementation.
Very strong architectural competence at the solution level.
Knowledge of information classification and risk management according to relevant regulatory requirements, and how this impacts solution design.
Experience from Region Skåne or another major region or county council and its integration landscape.
Experience with governance, management, and decision-making processes within a region or county council.
Experience with modern systems development and the ability to implement independently when needed.
Ability to work through the entire integration lifecycle, from requirements analysis to implementation and operations-ready establishment.
Meritorious Qualifications
Experience with Inera's service offerings from a technical perspective.
Experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, YARP, and Frends.
Experience with related technologies such as GitHub, Azure, and OpenShift.
