We are now seeking a senior, self-driven payroll consultant who can take full responsibility for the payroll function at a retail company located in Gothenburg or Borås.
The assignment is approximately 50% with a start in mid-October and runs for approximately 6 months.
About the Role:
In this role, you are responsible for the entire payroll process from start to finish and serve as the organization's primary payroll specialist. You will support managers and employees with payroll-related questions, ensure quality processes, and contribute to improvement and efficiency initiatives.
Your Profile:
We are looking for you with several years of experience in qualified payroll work with full responsibility and who is comfortable working independently with ownership for delivery and quality. If you have experience with Kontek lön, we consider that a strong merit. You are confident in dialogue with managers and employees, possess a consultative approach, and have strong service orientation.
