Senior Lean Consultant in Logistics and Process Development

Valora Bemanning is seeking an experienced Lean consultant for an exciting assignment in Nordic logistics and operations development. Are you an experienced Lean specialist with a background in logistics and production? Do you enjoy driving change, developing standardized work methods, and working closely with operations? About the Assignment We are looking for an experienced Lean consultant who will have the opportunity to take comprehensive responsibility for developing and implementing work methods in sorting and production processes over a limited period. The assignment is at the Nordic level and is suitable for you if you are experienced in working independently, analyzing operations, and translating Lean methodology into practical improvements. Key Responsibilities You will, among other things: Conduct audits and analyses of terminal operations in the Nordic region Own and further develop the vision for sorting processes and associated KPIs Drive and develop training initiatives in Production Excellence Conduct training sessions at operations as needed Support the implementation of common standards across different operations and countries Work with Lean, standardization, and continuous improvements Contribute expertise in change management and operations development We Are Looking for You Have at least 5 years of relevant work experience Have experience implementing Lean within the logistics industry Have experience driving Lean implementations and introducing standardized work methods across multiple operations or countries Have experience in change management Have an academic degree in, for example, economics, engineering, logistics, or equivalent Are self-driven, analytical, and solution-oriented Are organized and collaboration-focused Have a natural ability to build strong relationships Have strong Swedish language skills Meritorious: Experience with Lean in parcel logistics is a plus.
