About the Position We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Laser Operator who wants to take on an important role in our client's manufacturing operation. You will work with modern laser machines from Bystronic and be responsible for maintaining high quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery in production. This role is perfect for you if you have several years of experience in the manufacturing industry, are confident in your expertise, and enjoy taking personal responsibility while contributing to the team's development. Work Schedule: Traditional 2-shift. Job Description - Operate and monitor laser machines, primarily Bystronic - Set up, program, and optimize production - Perform quality control checks according to applicable standards and procedures - Read and work from technical drawings - Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues - Ensure high quality and delivery precision - Actively participate in continuous improvement and process development - Train and support less experienced operators as needed We are Looking for You If - You have several years of experience operating laser machines in the manufacturing industry - You have documented experience independently running laser equipment - You have strong ability to read and understand technical drawings - You have experience with quality control and measurement techniques - You are technically skilled and solution-oriented - You are self-driven and accustomed to taking responsibility for your work - You have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment Application Does this sound like your next step?
