Our Workplace We are part of the Digital Mediation department within IT, where approximately 450 people currently work to design and develop solutions for the future Arbetsförmedlingen. Our section Activity and Support is responsible for development, maintenance, and lifecycle management of two products with underlying digital solutions whose target audience is case officers and job seekers on their journey toward new employment. Job Description As a senior requirements analyst/business architect in Pega, you will work in a newly established cross-functional development team with responsibility for both development, operations, and incident management. You will have a key role in developing and delivering digital solutions with high user satisfaction and automation levels. You will collaborate closely with product owners, development teams, and business stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you will analyze, map, and specify needs in collaboration with different stakeholders and partners, both from business and IT. You have the ability to document needs as requirements independently and in collaboration with others. You are responsible for ensuring that needs are broken down and structured at an appropriate level to begin development. It is therefore important that you also work closely with the team. You will also follow up on acceptance criteria to ensure that requirements and needs are met efficiently. Additionally, we want you to participate and contribute to incident management. You have knowledge and experience of requirements gathering methods and an understanding of different models such as process, concept, and information models. You have the ability to compile results and present them in a way that satisfies different target groups' needs for information and dialogue. You have solid experience in facilitation and are skilled at leading effective meetings and workshops with clear purposes and goals. For us, it is important that you are a pedagogical communicator. More about working with us Basic Qualifications Education in systems science, computer science, or other experience that the employer deems relevant At least two years of work experience working with needs/requirements and processes At least two years of documented experience with requirements gathering in larger IT projects with complex system environments Experience working in agile development teams Very good communication skills in both speech and writing in Swedish and English Additional Merits for the Position Experience in the Business Architect role in Pega PCBA-certified and/or one or more advanced certifications beyond PCBA certification Experience working with Constellation Experience working in large and technically complex organizations Experience in process modeling and modeling tools Experience and very good knowledge of Jira & Confluence Experience in a structured way contributing to testing work Previous experience working in a government agency or other large organization The state-level values guide us in our daily work.
