About the Role As Senior Consultant Manager / Team Leader, you will have overall responsibility for both the business and the people. You will work with recruitment, consultant management, customer relations, and business development while taking on an important role in supporting, coaching, and developing new consultant managers and sales staff. You will become a central part of the company's continued expansion. Your Main Areas of Responsibility Recruit and match nurses and doctors to assignments Responsible for onboarding, consultant management, and follow-up Build long-term relationships with consultants and customers Ensure high quality in delivery Identify new business opportunities and develop existing customers Responsible for staffing, planning, and coordination Coach and support junior consultant managers and sales staff Contribute to the development of processes, routines, and working methods Be a culture bearer and role model within the organization Who Are You? We're looking for someone who has already demonstrated the ability to deliver results in staffing, recruitment, or consulting. You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to build trust with customers, consultants, and colleagues. We believe you: Have experience as a consultant manager, recruiter, or similar role Have demonstrated strong results in staffing or consulting Are experienced in building and maintaining long-term relationships Have a good understanding of business and growth Are structured and solution-oriented Have natural leadership qualities Enjoy coaching and developing other people Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where things happen Meritorious Experience from healthcare staffing Experience in leadership or personnel responsibility Experience in sales and business development Experience building teams or starting new operations Your own network within the healthcare or staffing industry What You Get From Us We're looking for people who want to be part of building something bigger.
