Technology Risk is part of EY Assurance Advisory and helps organizations identify and manage IT and cybersecurity threats. Responsibilities Conduct and lead audit and implementation projects in areas such as IT auditing, IT internal controls, cybersecurity, AI usage, information security, and more, with the aim of helping our clients develop their IT risk management and comply with industry standards and best practices. Effectively evaluate clients' processes and practices to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop recommendations for clients to act on with the purpose of strengthening their processes, control environment, governance documentation, and organization. Present improvement opportunities and recommendations to relevant stakeholders both internally and with our clients, at various levels of the organization. Manage multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring efficient and timely delivery with high quality. Guide and mentor junior colleagues, fostering an inclusive culture characterized by teamwork and collaboration. Actively participate in professional development to ensure continuous learning and promote knowledge sharing.
