Responsibilities
As a senior consultant, you have a clearly advisory role with operational elements. You work closely with clients on assignments where information security and compliance are business-critical areas. You navigate between strategy, technology, and change management, and collaborate with IT, security functions, and business operations, including decision-makers.
The focus is on helping organizations use Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Purview to create structure, control, and compliance in a way that works in practice and supports the business.
Examples of responsibilities:
• Advisory and implementation within Microsoft Purview and compliance in Microsoft 365
• Work with Information Protection, DLP, Data Lifecycle Management (Retention), and eDiscovery
• Design and establish structures for information security and compliance
• Support IT, security, and business operations, including dialogue at management level
• Drive change initiatives related to information security and compliance
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
• Experience from a senior advisory role with experience driving dialogues with decision-makers
• Deep understanding of information security, risk, and compliance
• Several years of experience with Microsoft Purview and compliance within Microsoft 365
• Experience with consulting work in complex organizations
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
You are a positive person who enjoys working in an advisory consulting role and meeting with clients, and you are comfortable in dialogue with both specialists and decision-makers. You work independently, take responsibility for driving the work forward, and have the ability to translate requirements into solutions that work in practice.
