Senior Java Developer

The Role We're seeking an experienced Java developer who wants to work on exciting assignments with some of Sweden's most interesting organizations. In this role, you'll work hands-on developing modern and sustainable Java-based solutions. You'll contribute to technical decisions, quality, and scalability while collaborating closely with other developers and teams. Requirements: 10+ years of Java development experience Very strong knowledge of Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and REST APIs Experience with microservices and distributed systems Experience with databases, such as SQL/PostgreSQL Experience with Git and CI/CD Preferably experience with Kafka or other event-driven architecture Preferably experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms Experience with test automation and quality assurance Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams About Us The Best for the Best – our people philosophy Castra is a consulting group focused on IT and Management.
