About the Role We are seeking an experienced IT project manager for a complex and business-critical IT landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for governance, planning, and structure in IT projects, as well as ensuring that projects are delivered within the agreed-upon time, budget, and quality. You will lead and coordinate the project's resources and work actively to create conditions for efficient and successful delivery. You will have a central role in driving projects forward and managing both internal and external stakeholders with dependencies on the projects. Assignments may include both custom-developed solutions and implementation of standard systems. Key Responsibilities: Have overall responsibility for the project's timeline, budget, resource allocation, and results. Lead, motivate, and coordinate the project team's work, and distribute activities and responsibilities. Ensure that business needs are captured and translated into relevant IT solutions. Work closely with requirements analysts, business specialists, and solution architects. Plan, follow up on, and report project progress to the project owner and steering committee. Identify, manage, and follow up on risks and dependencies. Plan, follow up on, and communicate activities within projects. Initiate and drive process mapping and change management when developing new solutions. When needed, lead pre-studies, analyses, and strategic investigations. Manage and facilitate dialogue with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure anchoring of the project's deliverables in the business. Plan and carry out handover of solutions to the operations organization. Requirements: University or college degree in IT, engineering, data, systems science, or equivalent, or alternatively at least 10 years of relevant work experience in IT. At least 10 years of experience as an IT project manager with responsibility for software development projects. At least 6 years of experience working with requirements specification and needs analysis, for example by initiating, leading, and facilitating workshops, and translating business needs into functional and non-functional IT requirements. At least 6 years of experience working according to established project and governance models, such as PPS, PROPS, or similar. At least 4 years of experience with business-critical IT systems with high information security requirements. At least 2 years of experience working as an IT project manager or equivalent role in an agile organization. Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Merit Factors: At least 2 years of experience as an IT project manager in the public sector or in a larger organization with complex operations. At least 2 years of experience in change management in connection with IT and/or business transformation. At least 2 years of experience from the energy sector or other critical infrastructure.
