The Role
We are seeking a senior IT project manager with experience in ERP and/or CRM systems who wants to drive complex IT projects from idea and needs analysis to implementation and establishment in the organization.
In the role, you will work with planning, leading, and steering the project's execution with focus on time, quality, cost, and results. You work closely with the business, IT, suppliers, and other stakeholders and ensure that the project's goals and deliverables are achieved.
You will, among other things:
Lead ERP and/or CRM-related projects from pre-study and needs analysis to implementation and rollout.
Take responsibility for project plan, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and follow-up.
Lead and coordinate project teams and involved business and IT functions.
Drive requirements gathering, needs analysis, and prioritization together with the business.
Ensure coordination between business, IT, and external suppliers.
Manage complex dependencies, integrations, and changes during the project.
Report status, risks, finances, and deviations to steering committee and other decision-makers.
Contribute to anchoring and establishing new systems and ways of working in the organization.
Experience
At least 10 years of experience in IT project management.
Experience driving projects within ERP and/or CRM systems.
Experience with system implementation, system migration, or development of ERP and CRM solutions.
Experience with requirements gathering, needs analysis, and process development.
Good understanding of IT systems, integrations, and digital processes.
Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Meritorious
Experience from public sector organizations.
Experience in change management and business development.
Experience from larger organizations or complex IT environments.
Certification or training in project management.
