On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a Senior IT Project Manager. This is a full-time assignment expected to start 2026-10-01 and run through 2028-09-30. About the Assignment We are now looking for a senior IT project manager for a long-term assignment in Stockholm. This role is ideal for you if you have solid experience driving complex IT and IT/OT-related projects and are comfortable working at the intersection of technology, operations, maintenance, and asset management. You will function as a key contact point between facility projects and the IT organization, ensuring that the IT perspective is integrated throughout the implementation. The work takes place in close dialogue with, among others, business representatives, architecture, financial management, technical teams, managers, and external suppliers. Examples of Work Tasks Capture and analyze IT-related needs linked to digital facility projects. Serve as contact point between facility projects, operations, and the IT organization. Identify and coordinate activities required for effective implementation of new digital facilities. Coordinate impact on IT systems, services, processes, and resources. Assess competence and capacity needs together with relevant parts of the IT organization. Coordinate IT-related matters across multiple parallel projects. Drive and follow up on deliverables according to agreed plans. Report status, risks, and any deviations. Start: 2026-10-01 End: 2028-09-30 (opportunity for extension of 1+1 years) Scope: 100%, 40 hours per week Location: Stockholm (Hybrid) Employment Form: Employed by Devotum as the client does not accept subcontractors in this process. Other: Work is conducted in both Swedish and English. About You We are seeking someone who meets the following mandatory requirements: At least 5 years of experience as an IT project manager. At least 3 years of experience driving IT/OT-related projects within asset management, for example in facilities, infrastructure, industry, or real estate. Experience from at least 2 assignments where you led change initiatives during the implementation of new systems or ways of working, particularly in environments where IT and OT systems such as signaling systems, SCADA, or control systems are affected. Experience from at least 2 assignments where you actively led and coordinated communication between technology and operations teams such as IT, OT, operations, maintenance, and asset management, as well as external suppliers or system integrators. At least 3 years of experience with complex system environments where multiple real-time and/or OT systems are integrated and work together to support critical business processes. Documented experience from at least 3 assignments where you communicated in English in speech and writing. Application Does this assignment sound interesting?
