Your Responsibilities
You will drive and lead IT infrastructure projects in a technically advanced and security-classified environment.
Projects vary in scope and content, but often involve:
Platform projects (Windows/Linux and certain legacy environments)
Virtualization and storage solutions
Migrations and upgrades
Client platforms
Application projects (installation, upgrade, migration)
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Drive projects from feasibility study to completion
Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality
Develop and work according to project documentation and templates
Plan resources and manage risks proactively
Collaborate with stakeholders at multiple levels
Coordinate dependencies between projects, operations, and business
Report to steering committees and management forums
Ensure smooth handover to operations
Your Profile
Have 8–15 years of IT project management experience
Have driven infrastructure projects in complex environments
Are comfortable managing multiple parallel projects
Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
Have certification in project methodology (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA) and ideally ITIL
Are proficient with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Antura, ADO, SharePoint, and similar
Have the ability to adapt structure, documentation, and organization based on project size and needs
