About the job At InfraCom, we are now looking for a senior IT consultant to strengthen our consulting operations and help our customers on their digital journey. We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with customers in a TAM role or similar, and who is comfortable conducting both technical and business discussions with customers. Together with your colleagues, you will take overall responsibility for our delivery to the customer and assist the customer with everything from strategic advice to technical implementation. High service and a solution-oriented approach are key. You should be able to collaborate well within our organization and internal service is just as important as the service you provide to our customers. You will be part of a highly skilled team and work with technical issues and solution development. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-oriented consulting work Good knowledge of solutions based on Microsoft platforms: - Microsoft 365 - Entra ID, Intune, Defender - Azure - server and network, IaaS and PaaS Good knowledge of Microsoft server/client environments Good knowledge of networking Merit - Certifications in relevant areas Merit - Project management experience What do we offer?
