We are now seeking a senior cloud architect for an organization in Järfälla that operates in a security-classified and technologically advanced environment where modern digital platforms play a central role in the company's continued development. About the role As a senior cloud architect, you will help shape the future cloud architecture within public, private, and hybrid environments as well as edge solutions. You will work together with platform teams, security specialists, developers, and architects to establish modern technical platforms that enable high innovation capacity, increased automation, and efficient system development. Your responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and further advancing modern cloud platforms and architecture for business-critical systems and solutions. Examples of tasks: Design secure and scalable cloud architectures Define technical frameworks, governance models, and landing zones Drive architecture questions within hybrid, private, and public cloud environments Work with container platforms and cloud-adapted solutions Ensure solutions meet requirements for security, compliance, and operational reliability Collaborate closely with development, security, and platform teams Contribute to initiatives in automation, AI, and modern system development Identify technical risks and areas for improvement Support the business in strategic and technical decisions Your profile We are looking for you with a senior profile in cloud and infrastructure architecture who feels confident working both strategically and operatively. You have a strong technical interest, are accustomed to complex environments, and are comfortable translating business requirements into modern and sustainable solutions. You collaborate easily with different types of stakeholders and can communicate technical concepts clearly and pedagogically. Requirements: At least 8–10 years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, or platform architecture Solid experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture and container platforms Experience with infrastructure as code, such as Terraform or Ansible Very good understanding of networking, identity management, and security architecture Experience with modern development and delivery methods Experience with monitoring, logging, and resilient operational environments Familiarity with governance models and larger complex IT environments Very good proficiency in Swedish and English Meritorious: Experience from security-classified or critical infrastructure operations Experience with hybrid cloud environments, edge solutions, or isolated environments Experience with large-scale transformation projects in cloud and infrastructure Knowledge of AI infrastructure or data platforms Certifications in cloud, container platforms, or security The position requires approval in accordance with applicable security regulations, which may include citizenship requirements.
