We are now seeking an IT architect within Infrastructure who wants to take a key role in developing complex and business-critical IT environments. Here you will combine strategic thinking with operational work in an environment characterized by collaboration, knowledge sharing, and technical development. As an IT architect, you will work closely with other architects and specialists in both team and individual assignments. Your Responsibilities You will be involved in designing and developing tomorrow's technical platforms. You work closely with the business, service managers, technical specialists, and other architects to ensure that IT solutions are designed according to business requirements, regulatory requirements, and established architectural principles. You will have a central role in creating sustainable and efficient infrastructure solutions and contribute with technical advice and decision-making documentation on strategic issues. Examples of your responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and needs assessments Design and develop solution proposals within the infrastructure area Support service managers and service owners as a technical expert Prepare decision-making documentation for both business and technical choices Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, processes, standards, and policies Document technical solutions and architectures Present and communicate solutions to different audiences and forums Your Profile We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where you alternate between a holistic perspective and technical details. You are communicative, self-driven, and have a knack for explaining complex technical solutions to different types of audiences. You appreciate working in a team where knowledge sharing and collaboration are a natural part of everyday work. You have previous experience within the infrastructure area and a genuine interest in security, architecture, and modern IT environments. Requirements: At least 8–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with several years in a leading or clearly defined architecture role Deep technical expertise in complex infrastructure solutions and enterprise environments Solid experience designing and implementing solutions in large on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments Experience with strategic architecture work and technical choices in larger organizations Very good understanding of IT security, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks Documented experience in preparing technical decision-making documentation and driving architecture issues Ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and business-related stakeholders Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written The assignment is covered by defense secrecy, which requires on-site work five days per week.
