ABOUT THE ROLE: Enginios is a Gothenburg-based tech company that develops an innovative platform for customer activation, loyalty programs, cashback solutions, campaigns, and consumer engagement. The platform is used by global brands in over 20 countries and helps companies build stronger customer relationships through data-driven and automated activations. With a product already used internationally and a clear ambition to continue expanding globally, Enginios is entering an exciting phase where technology, innovation, and scalability are at the center. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a central role in the continued development of the Enginios platform. You will work broadly across the entire stack and contribute to developing high-quality, scalable, and user-centered solutions that strengthen both the platform's functionality and business value. The role involves significant technical responsibility where you will have the opportunity to influence the platform's architecture, technical direction, and future development. You will work closely with the company's Chief Architect and other developers to develop new features, improve existing solutions, and ensure the platform continues to be scalable, robust, and adapted for international growth. The tech environment includes Vue, React, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, and Azure. The team works agile with Kanban and uses modern DevOps, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development tools. Responsibilities: Develop and further develop functionality across the entire stack, from frontend to backend Participate in technical decisions and contribute to the platform's architecture and long-term development Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and backend services Build modern, user-friendly, and scalable interfaces Work with data modeling, databases, and business-critical logic Contribute to the development of AI-driven features and new product initiatives Ensure high quality through testing, code review, and continuous improvements Participate in product, design, and architecture discussions Work on improvements, bug fixes, and innovation to strengthen the platform's functionality and user experience WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU: Hold a degree in computer science, systems development, or similar field from a university or college, or alternative relevant post-secondary education combined with several years of relevant work experience Have at least 5 years of work experience in full stack or systems development Have work experience in backend development using Python, Java, or equivalent technologies Have work experience in frontend development using modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or equivalent technologies Have experience developing modern web applications Have experience working with SQL databases and API development Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in daily work It is a merit if you have: Experience with Azure Experience from SaaS, fintech, or product companies Experience with AI-driven development tools, such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
