Be part of creating next-generation digital services As a Senior Fullstack Developer at IQMTEL, you'll have a central and strategic role in the company's continued development. You'll be a key person in developing new SaaS-based solutions while being responsible for further development and modernization of existing systems and services. About the role An important part of the assignment is to contribute to the development of a modern platform, with the ambition to create a scalable solution for multiple business areas. The role encompasses the entire development chain, from requirements specification to architecture, development, testing, deployment, and customer dialogue. You will, among other things: Develop and further develop SaaS products and digital platforms Work with Java in modern system environments Participate in technology choices and architecture decisions Build solutions based on microservices and event-driven architecture Work with container-based development and cloud platforms Maintain and further develop existing services Collaborate closely with customers, operations, and company management This is a role for someone who appreciates variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to influence both product development and the company's technical direction. Are you the one we're looking for? We're looking for you as an experienced developer with a genuine interest in technology and a willingness to take holistic responsibility from backend to frontend. To succeed in the role, we'd like to see that you have: At least 7 years of experience in system development Solid experience with Java development A positive attitude toward new technology Experience with SaaS platforms and modern system architectures Experience with AI-driven or AI-assisted development Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Experience with microservices, Docker, and container-based development Experience with multi-tenant solutions As a person, you are curious, engaged, and responsible. You take initiative, see opportunities, and are motivated by creating sustainable technical solutions that make a difference for both customers and the business. At the same time, you are unpretentious, social, and enjoy working independently and closely with colleagues in a small core team. You have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
