ABOUT THE POSITION: Enginio is a Gothenburg-based tech company that develops an innovative platform for customer activation, loyalty programs, cashback solutions, campaigns, and consumer engagement. The platform is used by global brands in over 20 countries and helps companies create stronger relationships with their customers through data-driven and automated activations. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will have significant ownership of the frontend area and play a key role in developing the platform's user experience, architecture, and technical direction. You will help set standards, build structures, and further develop component libraries to create a modern, scalable, and visually refined product experience. The role also includes a special focus on elevating the visual quality of the platform by developing intuitive and pixel-perfect interfaces that combine usability with technical quality. You will be part of a small, high-performing development team where you work closely with the company's Chief Architect and other developers. The technology environment includes Vue, React, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, and Azure. The team works agile with Kanban and uses modern tools within DevOps, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development. Responsibilities: Further develop and improve the frontend application in Enginio's platform Take technical ownership of the frontend area and contribute to technical decisions, working methods, and best practices Develop modern, user-friendly, and visually refined interfaces with a focus on UI, UX, and quality Further develop and structure component libraries to create scalable and reusable solutions Participate in product, design, and architecture discussions with the development team Build and further develop working methods for frontend testing and quality assurance Contribute to the development of AI-driven features Work on improvements, bug management, and further development to strengthen the platform's user experience and business value WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO: Have a university engineer's or civil engineer's degree in computer science, systems development, or similar field, or alternatively other relevant post-secondary education combined with several years of relevant work experience Have at least 5 years of work experience in frontend development with React, Vue, or similar Have work experience developing modern JavaScript frameworks Have experience developing modern web applications Have experience building scalable frontend architectures and component-based solutions Have a good understanding of UI/UX and user-centered product development Have experience with testing and quality assurance in frontend development Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in daily work It is advantageous if you have: Experience from SaaS, fintech, or product companies Experience with Azure, DevOps, or cloud-based environments Experience with AI-driven development tools, such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
