About the positionWe are seeking a senior advisor to strengthen our team in Östergötland with the ambition to significantly grow the number of clients and assets under management. The position includes the following tasks: Develop and deepen existing client relationships. Proactively identify and attract new clients. Build relationships and networks in and around Östergötland. Grow our business in and around Östergötland and further develop Ericsson & Partners as an obvious choice for wealthy individuals and companies The position is full-time with office location in Linköping or Norrköping. Who we're looking forWe would like you to have the following background and to possess the following strengths and personality traits. Background: You have extensive experience in financial advisory, wealth management, pension advisory, or private banking with a clear track record of creating growth and developing business within these segments. You have relevant university education in finance, economics, or equivalent. You have a relevant and business-generating network in Östergötland. Swedsec license is a merit, but not a requirement. Personal qualities: You are trustworthy and build long-term relationships. You are self-driven, take great personal responsibility, and have strong motivation. You thrive in a fast pace and enjoy high activity levels. You are results-oriented and want to make good deals. You enjoy challenges and have an entrepreneurial spirit. You are a team player with a positive attitude and sound values.
