Then the role of Senior Financial Controller could be your next step. We are now looking for an experienced Senior Financial Controller who wants to take a key role in our finance function and help ensure high quality in the bank's external reporting. About the Role As Senior Financial Controller, you are responsible for preparing and quality-assuring the bank's financial reporting. You hold a central role in working with annual reports, interim reports, and other external reports, and you drive complex accounting and reporting matters in close collaboration with management, the business, and external auditors. The role gives you the opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, reporting, and regulations in an operation with high demands for quality, analysis, and business understanding. Responsibilities Responsible for preparing annual reports and interim reports. Ensure that external reporting meets applicable IFRS and regulatory requirements. Participate in analyses of financial results, balance sheets, and key metrics. Support the business with accounting and reporting-related matters. Be an important contact person with external auditors. Participate in developing and streamlining reporting processes and internal controls. Contribute to projects related to financial management, reporting, and regulatory changes. Participate in work related to credit loss provisions and ECL analyses. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with a strong interest in financial reporting and who thrives in an analytical role where quality and accuracy are crucial. You have: An academic degree in economics, finance, or equivalent. Several years of experience from a bank, financial institution, or audit firm. Experience working with annual reports and interim reports. Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting. Experience with or interest in ECL-related matters and credit loss provisions. Good analytical ability and a structured approach to work. Very strong ability to communicate in Swedish and English.
