About the Assignment
As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will become an important advisor to the business and contribute with financial analyses, business insights, and decision support. You work closely with both operational and strategic functions and help the organization create profitable growth through fact-based decisions.
The assignment involves significant individual responsibility and the opportunity to drive initiatives that strengthen the business's financial governance and performance monitoring.
Your Tasks
Provide qualified financial support to business managers and decision-makers
Analyze financial results and identify improvement opportunities
Prepare forecasts, budget materials, and business analyses
Contribute forward-looking analyses of market development and business scenarios
Ensure quality and reliability in financial reporting and data
Drive and participate in development projects within finance and business management
Present financial insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking someone with at least 5 years of experience in qualified work within finance, controlling, or business partnering. You are analytical, business-oriented, and thrive in an environment where you work closely with the business.
We would like you to have:
Academic degree in economics, finance, or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience as Finance Business Partner, Business Controller, or similar role
Strong ability to translate financial analyses into business recommendations
Experience independently driving projects and development initiatives
Excellent Excel skills and experience with business systems and reporting tools
Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
Personal Qualities
To succeed in this role, you are communicative, trustworthy, and experienced in collaborating with different parts of the organization. You work in a structured manner, take own initiative, and have the ability to handle complex issues with a solution-oriented approach.
