We're seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer for a long-term assignment at a mission-critical organization. This role is perfect for you if you have solid experience in DevSecOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Linux, and IT security, and if you thrive in a combination of strategic, coordinating, and hands-on technical work. You'll work closely with agile development teams and help advance the organization's capability to develop, test, and deploy secure IT solutions. A central focus is integrating IT security as a natural part of the entire development and delivery process. About the Role In this assignment, you will, among other things: Further develop platforms, tools, and approaches within DevSecOps, CI/CD, and container platforms. Support development teams, projects, and operations in adopting DevSecOps-based approaches. Integrate security into development and delivery processes. Work hands-on with Kubernetes/OpenShift, GitOps, Linux, and CI/CD environments. Install, configure, and further develop technical environments and platforms. Participate in risk and vulnerability analyses and other IT and information security activities. Troubleshoot incidents and problems, and support teams with security-related questions. Coordinate technical changes with internal and external stakeholders and vendors. Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing in DevSecOps and IT security. Train and support other team members in this area. What We're Looking For At least 10 years of experience as a systems developer and/or IT technician, including work with operations or management of internally developed applications. At least 5 years of experience with DevSecOps in CI/CD environments, where IT security has been integrated into the development and delivery process. Experience implementing DevSecOps approaches and associated tools in at least two major projects. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with GitOps-driven Kubernetes or OpenShift in a production environment. At least 5 years of scripting experience in a Linux environment, such as Bash or Python. Relevant IT education or extensive professional IT experience. Excellent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
