About the role
You'll be strategically responsible for the consultant category and for driving complex IT procurements and agreements that strengthen Ellevio's sourcing, digitalization, and business efficiency. This is a role for someone who wants to work both strategically and close to business with category management within the consultant field. You'll develop sourcing strategies, work with contract management and supplier governance, lead negotiations, and support operations in call-off processes. At the same time, you'll lead complex IT procurements within, for example, project deliveries and maintenance, and contribute to the development of AI initiatives and modern working methods in the procurement function.
Category responsibility for Consultants: develop strategy, manage framework agreements, follow up on suppliers, and lead negotiations.
Strategic IT procurement: project-based and practical work with complex procurements and agreements in the IT field.
Operational development: contribute to developing working methods, governance, and AI initiatives within procurement.

Your base can be at our head office in Stockholm or the regional office in Karlstad. Travel occurs for, for example, supplier audits and negotiations.
What we're looking for
You're a confident and business-minded procurement professional with strong self-leadership. You enjoy taking responsibility, driving matters forward, and navigating complex procurements where multiple interests need to be met. At the same time, you're communicative, collaborative, and skilled at building trust – both internally and externally.
We're looking for you to have:
Relevant academic education in, for example, IT, engineering, economics, or law – or equivalent education and work experience.
Many years of experience in strategic procurement, purchasing, negotiation, and supplier development.
Experience with contract management in the consultant and/or IT field.
Good knowledge of standard agreements, such as ABK09, as well as agreements for IT projects and IT maintenance.
Excellent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It's a merit if you have:
Experience as an IT procurement professional or from strategic IT management.
Experience with procurements according to LOU/LUF.
Experience with AI initiatives within procurement or operational development.
