About the Role As a Senior Business Analyst, you are responsible for capturing, analyzing, and structuring needs from different business areas and translating these into actionable requirements for development. You operate between business and IT and play a vital role in our organization's ability to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently. With close collaboration with product owners and other stakeholders within Svea Bank, a significant part of your role involves building trust and understanding of our different business areas and key individuals within them. You'll be part of a motivated and creative team with short decision-making processes, where we strive to give our users the best possible experience and continuously develop while having fun together at work. Who Are You? For this role, we're looking for someone with strong collaboration skills who thrives working closely with multiple stakeholders. You have a good understanding of both IT and business and the ability to adapt your working style and plan your work according to the organization's specific needs. You work methodically, structurally, and independently, and feel confident managing multiple parallel assignments simultaneously. With good initiative and a solution-oriented mindset, you contribute to progress and clarity. Furthermore, you are an engaged and solution-focused person who is willing to roll up your sleeves when needed. We're Looking for You With: At least 5 years of experience in requirements management/analysis, product ownership, or equivalent Understanding of how to translate regulatory requirements into business solutions Experience working in complex environments with many stakeholders Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form About Svea Bank Svea is a financial group with over 2,000 employees and operations in several European countries.
