This will be your role
As an automation engineer with us, you get to be part of delivering complete solutions that strengthen and develop Swedish industry. Your work involves optimizing and streamlining systems and processes – always with focus on creating real value for our customers.
You can count on varied work days where projects are shaped based on your knowledge, experience, and how you yourself want to develop. Because we are a Solutions Partner to Siemens, you will primarily work with platforms such as PCS7, TIA Portal, WinCC, and SIMIT simulations. You also get the opportunity to stay at the technological forefront by exploring next-generation solutions with Siemens Neo.
Beyond the Siemens environments, we would like to see that you also have an interest or experience with other platforms, such as ABB 800xA or Ignition, which makes you even more versatile and well-equipped for our customers' different needs.
The role involves:
Driving exciting projects where you get to develop smart automation solutions that streamline and optimize Swedish industry.
Working with market-leading systems such as Siemens PCS7, TIA Portal, WinCC, and SIMIT – and stay at the forefront with new technologies such as Siemens Neo.
Contributing to complete deliveries from idea to finished solution, together with some of the industry's most experienced and curious colleagues.

You excel with your knowledge and experience, but also with the way you drive things forward. By being able to communicate with different types of clients and stakeholders, keep projects organized and orderly, and being flexible and proactive, you put the customer in focus in an exemplary way. You know that you are skilled in your field and you enjoy sharing the knowledge you have gathered, both with colleagues and customers.
To succeed in the role, you have:
At least 10 years of experience with PCS7 and feel confident taking on a senior role where you contribute your expertise and guide others.
A genuine interest in developing the automation field and are driven by integrating adjacent disciplines – for example process and plant information – to create smooth data and information exchange.
An education as a civil engineer, higher technical engineer, or have equivalent experience, with good technical understanding and curiosity to learn more.
Experience in, or great interest in, industries such as Life Science, energy, oil & gas, or process industry, which we see as a strong advantage.
Speak and write fluent Swedish and English and feel comfortable collaborating with colleagues, customers, and partners.
Are solution-oriented and want to be part of creating automation that makes a real difference for industry and society.
It is also advantageous if you have any of the following:
Extensive experience with Siemens environments (e.g., PCS7, TIA Portal, WinCC, SIMIT).
Knowledge and practical experience with other solutions such as Ignition or ABB 800xA.
Experience working in project form and contributing both technically and strategically to successful deliveries.
