About the Position
As a senior Business Controller within Data & Business Intelligence, you will be an important part of the controlling department's continued development toward more data-driven decisions. You will work from data sources and structure to analysis, visualization, and business management. The role involves ensuring that financial and operational information is accessible, relevant, quality-assured, and understandable for the parts of the organization that need it.
You will work closely with finance, operations, and IT and contribute to developing modern working methods for monitoring, analysis, and management. An important part of your mission is not only to generate insights yourself but also to ensure that the organization uses the right systems, right processes, and right definitions in a consistent manner.

Responsibilities
• Structure, quality-assure, and analyze financial and operational data.
• Develop working methods, processes, and system support for monitoring, forecasting, and analysis.
• Work with BI tools, visualization, and reporting to create relevant decision support materials.
• Contribute to better data quality, common definitions, and more consistent information management.
• Produce analyses and insights that support controlling and business management.
• Be a bridge between finance, operations, and IT on matters related to data, reporting, and systems.
• Support the organization in using the right tools and working methods for financial monitoring.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, automation, and enhanced analytical capability.
Relevant Background
We believe you have:
• Experience from business controlling, FP&A, financial analysis, business intelligence, or other data-intensive roles within finance.
• A good understanding of financial monitoring, forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and business management.
• Experience working with BI tools, reporting, visualization, or analytical models.
• Strong system and process understanding and an interest in data quality and information structure.
• The ability to drive collaboration between finance, IT, and operations.
• Experience in driving improvements in reporting, analysis, processes, or system support.
• Academic education in economics, finance, industrial economics, data/analysis, or equivalent.
If you have experience with Power BI or other analytical tools and BI platforms, this is highly valued.
Personal Qualities

You are comfortable with financial relationships, but also have a clear interest in how data, processes, and digital tools can be used to create better management and better decisions.
