JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will teach Social Studies to grades 7-9. Teaching is conducted in a co-teaching model, where you work together with a colleague to plan, implement, and follow up on instruction according to the curriculum (Lgr22). With creativity and commitment, you will create inclusive, clear, and inspiring teaching. You adapt instruction to meet students' different needs and actively work to motivate and engage them. The position also includes serving as a class mentor together with a colleague. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a teaching degree and teaching certification with the authority to teach Social Studies in grades 7-9 or upper secondary school. We also value experience teaching Social Studies according to LGR22 or LGY11 through work or practicum. You have strong subject knowledge and the ability to convey this pedagogically in the classroom. You understand that students have different conditions and can adapt your teaching accordingly. You create engagement in the classroom and encourage students to be curious and willing to develop. You are communicative and have a talent for building positive relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. We warmly welcome your application! Employment Type: Permanent position.
