Your Role with Us Every workday with us is about people – creating security, joy, and quality of life. Now we're looking for you to work as a substitute in the care services administration of Kristianstad Municipality and contribute your commitment where it's needed most. Your tasks will vary depending on whether you work with support for elderly people or people with disabilities. The work involves helping our customers in their daily lives with meals, laundry, cleaning, and shopping, as well as organizing social activities and providing personal care. We're looking for you to work as a summer substitute during June, July, and August. There's also an opportunity to start as an hourly substitute during spring. Your working hours are determined by the needs of the operations. This means you should be able to work irregular hours: day, evening, weekends, or nights. At some workplaces, on-call duty also occurs. Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for someone with their heart in the right place and an interest in working with people. You have good interpersonal skills, are responsible, work well with others, and are flexible in your work. It's an advantage if you have education in healthcare and care, children and recreation, assistance, or special education pedagogy. It's also a merit if you're currently studying to become a nurse, psychologist, or social worker. Experience in care work is also advantageous. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Since documentation is an important part of our operations, computer skills are required, and you must be able to understand and express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. For home care work, it's advantageous if you have a B driver's license or can cycle. You should be over 18 years old. Within home care, we help our customers maintain a good quality of life and remain in their own homes as long as possible.
