About the Position
We are now looking for substitute staff members to join our team and make a difference for those who live with us.
In this role, you will:
Provide individual support, care, and service interventions
Plan and carry out activities with clients
Carry out delegated health and medical care tasks

You should enjoy being active, have curiosity, and be a positive person. It is also important that you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The position of residential support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and responsiveness. Therefore, great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
To apply for this substitute position, you must have:
Class B driver's license
Be at least 18 years old
Meritorious qualifications include:
Education in care and support or pedagogical education
Experience from similar activities and the target group we work with
Knowledge of low-stress communication and clear pedagogical methods
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, as documentation is a major part of the work
