ABOUT THE JOB We are now seeking semester and hourly substitutes for the Individual and Family Care LSS operations. Do you enjoy seeing other people develop? As a substitute, you will assist individuals with services according to LSS (the Act on Support and Services for People with Certain Disabilities). You should place the individual at the center and provide support based on their needs so that their own abilities are maintained and developed. Good treatment, good communication, coordination, documentation, structure, and care are important principles in our employees' daily work. You may express interest in one of the following services or show interest in both in your application: LSS Group Homes In our 12 group homes, people of varying ages and functional abilities live. We work in teams, but solo work also occurs. We work with the person in focus and strive to provide the best possible service and support. The job involves day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Personal Assistance and LSS Services Ages 0-20 As a personal assistant, your mission is to be present in the assistance user's everyday life and support the person in living the life they want to live. We have several personal assistance positions where functional variation, gender, and age differ. You work in the individual's home and are the user's extended arms and legs. You will be part of a group of assistants with long experience in the profession. Working hours vary with day, evening, and weekend shifts according to schedule. On-call nights and duty nights also occur. We also have other LSS services for the target group ages 0-20 where substitutes may be needed for activities such as respite care in the home and our short-term residence Karlavagnen.
