The psychiatric outpatient clinic in Falun is part of specialist psychiatry in Region Dalarna. We offer assessment, treatment, investigation and follow-up for adult patients in need of specialist psychiatry. We work in teams with the patient at the center and have a clear focus on collaboration, quality and continuity of care. Right now we are engaged in active development work where we strengthen our methods and our accessibility. The clinic has multiprofessional teams with doctors, psychologists, nurses, psychotherapists, occupational therapists and social workers. The work includes dialogue therapy, medication treatment, care planning, telephone counseling and support services. The operation also collaborates with primary care, social services and other healthcare providers to provide coordinated support to patients. The extent as section leader may vary between the section leader assignment and clinical work. If needed, you may need to staff functions in your basic profession on short notice. This is a leadership assignment without personnel responsibility, where you get a key role in creating structure, supporting colleagues and driving development in everyday operations. Together with the manager you actively work with working environment, patient safety, routines and operation development. You are a present and operational leader who is close to daily work and contributes to creating security, clarity and quality in the team. As section leader at the clinic you are responsible for the ongoing management of the operation at the unit. The overall strategic responsibility for the operation is the responsibility of unit managers. You participate in planning, follow-up and development of the operation and contribute to ensuring that the operation is conducted with good quality, efficiency and in accordance with applicable legislation and guidelines. Your assignment includes mentoring employees in daily work in a coaching approach. The role includes, among other things: - coach and guide colleagues on issues related to patient work, methods and priorities - contribute to resources being used in an efficient and flexible way (expertise, personnel, facilities and materials) - drive and participate in development work and areas of responsibility - plan and conduct internal training initiatives and group learning - contribute to developing methods, quality and patient safety - manage the clinic's flows and waiting lists - perform various tasks in your basic profession Qualifications - licensed nurse or other licensed education that the employer considers equivalent - has at least 1 year of clinical experience in the profession - has previous experience as a section leader - has interest in psychiatry and development work - thrive in a role where you both work close to patient and operation development - are secure, structured and have ease in collaborating - preferably have experience in improvement work or operation development - have completed LUCA or equivalent training Application Interviews will begin in week 34.
