YOUR ASSIGNMENT You are Section Chief for the Authority and Municipal Primary Healthcare section in the Care and Social Services Administration. You report directly to the Director of Administration and are part of the administration's management team. Your focus is mainly divided between strategic management of municipal healthcare and strategic management of the administration's exercise of authority within elderly care and support services. You also have a broader administration management perspective. Five unit managers report directly to you. Your strategic management work aims to remove as many obstacles as possible so that the organization can work as smartly and efficiently as possible and so that employees can act with a high degree of professional independence and authority in their daily contact with the municipality's citizens. You invest time and effort in ensuring smooth organizational processes, handling a large flow of information, and promoting a culture characterized by development, curiosity and collaboration. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with higher education or university education that we consider relevant for the assignment, or other education and experience that we consider equivalent. You have experience leading managers in the public sector. It is meritorious if you have knowledge of and/or experience within healthcare as well as exercise of authority within elderly care and LSS services.
