Your Role As a section head for production engineering in Ground Combat, you will take on a central and operationally close leadership role where you manage a dedicated team of production engineers in ammunition manufacturing. You will be a key person in driving, developing, and future-proofing the production of some of the market's most advanced products. You will lead both people and improvement initiatives with a focus on efficiency, quality, and long-term development. The role involves close collaboration with production, engineering, and other support functions where you create the right conditions for stable and modern production. We would like to see that you have: Higher education in a relevant field or equivalent experience Good understanding of production engineering Experience from manufacturing industry Experience in leadership, coaching, or team development B-category driver's license Meritorious is experience with modern production methods as well as work with time setting, balancing, and improvement initiatives. The position requires that you undergo and are approved in accordance with current regulations for security clearance. For positions where Saab has security clearance requirements, certain citizenship may be required in some cases.
