Ref: 20262072 Job Responsibilities Open Care Adults Mobilia provides support and treatment services to individuals with harmful use and addiction. Services are delivered both individually and in groups based on decisions made by social workers within the administration. The unit is undergoing a restructuring to align services with what will become the municipality's responsibility under the co-morbidity reform. This means the focus will shift to supporting individuals with complex issues, while the treatment mandate will be handled by the Region. The current section manager has been tasked with leading the social services administrations through the reform, and therefore we are now seeking a temporary replacement. As section manager, you will lead and distribute work within the team and develop the operations. In light of upcoming changes, this includes guiding and supporting the activities in adapting to the new mandate. As section manager, you have responsibility for work environment, budget, and personnel. Systematic work environment efforts are an important and living part of daily work in the role of section manager. As section manager, you are also part of the unit's management group together with eight section manager colleagues, all with assignments within the same operational area. You are expected to participate in development work within the unit, the department, and the administration at large. The operation has 16 employees, all working with open care assignments. As section manager, you will develop competence, engagement, and job satisfaction in collaboration with them and other colleagues. It is important to us that you as a manager communicate with, guide, and stimulate your employees and utilize and develop their knowledge and experience. Qualifications We are seeking someone with a degree in social work or another university degree in social sciences with at least 180 credits, which the employer deems equivalent. You also have several years of experience in social work with a focus on change management. Meritorious for the position: Management or leadership training, or a leadership development program. Management experience, or experience in coordinating or team leading roles. Experience working with the target group of adults with harmful use and addiction. Experience with work methods such as Case Management, Relapse Prevention. Experience with personnel, budget, and work environment responsibility. As a person, you are a natural relationship builder who creates trust, engagement, and participation through dialogue, accessibility, and an open approach. You have the ability to create and develop collaboration forms, both internally and externally. At the same time, you are structured and work systematically with clear processes, goals, and responsibilities. You have a strong focus on quality and follow-up and ensure through analysis and continuous feedback that operations develop and reach set goals. You are confident, attentive, and clear in your leadership. You have very good ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing in Swedish.
