You will be manager of Section 10 in Unit 7 of the Personal Taxation Department. You have personnel responsibility for 18 employees, participate in the unit's management group, and report to the unit manager. The section works with traffic taxes. Your work location is Örebro. About You To perform well and thrive at Skatteverket, you need to be responsive, think innovatively, and take responsibility. In this role, you should: - Have the ability to see the bigger picture with a focus on customer value - Have the ability to create the right conditions based on your understanding of operations and mission - Have the ability to act with intention in your daily work based on good self-awareness - Be able to manage and analyze information flows, see connections, delimit, and convey information - Have the ability to communicate clearly and create an environment where we listen to each other You should also have: - University education of 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the old system) in law or economics, or current and relevant work experience in leadership with personnel responsibility in a government agency - Current and relevant work experience in leadership with personnel responsibility It is desirable that you have current and relevant work experience in leadership with personnel responsibility from Skatteverket. It is also desirable that you have current and relevant work experience in the traffic tax area at Skatteverket. Good to Know The employment is permanent and may begin with a probationary period of six months. At Skatteverket, we apply management appointments for up to five years, with the possibility of extension in periods of at most three years, without limitation on the number of extensions. Employment with us may involve placement in a security classification. A security vetting with record check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before an employment decision. For some of our work tasks in security classification, Swedish citizenship is required.
