About the Position As section chief with us, you lead a section consisting of three units, each headed by unit managers. You lead the section's operations and management team. You report to the department head and are part of the department's management team. The Interoperability Section is newly established, and you have the opportunity to work with the unit managers to shape how the new management structure will develop. The role involves many points of contact, and you network both internally and externally to drive operations forward. You hold a central role in our mission-critical work where we provide digital solutions for healthcare, which gives healthcare professionals better conditions and increases patient safety. The Interoperability Section is responsible for national common specifications for healthcare, dental care, social services, and LSS activities, as well as providing support to increase the use of these specifications. The section is also responsible for coordinating information governance and information architecture for the agency's digital services, as well as standardization work within the sector. This work is central to the national digital infrastructure that the E-Health Authority develops, and the section therefore also supports many other parts of the authority in their work. The section consists of three units with a total of just over 40 employees. About You We are looking for someone who is confident and clear in your leadership. You are collaboration-oriented and build relationships at all levels of the organization. You lead through change and bring ideas on how operations and individuals can develop. In your change management, you are strategic and take a holistic perspective. It is self-evident for you to take responsibility for both your own work and decisions made. We are looking for someone with: - An academic degree in a relevant field (at least 180 credits or 120 points under the previous system) - Current experience as a manager with responsibility for operations, personnel, and budget within healthcare and digitalization activities - Experience leading other managers - Very strong ability to communicate orally and in writing in Swedish It is advantageous for the position if you have: - Experience with interoperability and standardization at the national level within the healthcare and social care sector - Experience working within the healthcare and social care sector - Experience leading collaboration with sector actors at the national level What Do We Offer?
